A Spanish-themed finca party

These Swedish clients wanted to host three days of summer parties in different styles, ranging from to a day of stand up paddle-boarding to a villa pool brunch.

The highlight was a party for 100 guests at a beautiful historic finca with contemporary touches on the west coast, just three minutes from the sea but surrounded by rolling hills. The finca has a sheltered courtyard, two spacious lawns and attractive indoor party spaces.

The guests were greeted by Spanish costumed stilt-walkers with music by Brazilian band Nayla Yenquis as guests enjoyed cava and canapes on the lawn.

Then dinner was served in the sheltered courtyard.

The evening party began as guests moved through to the larger lawn where fire-dancers and acrobat acts were followed by a Flamenco dancer with music by our Gypsy Kings band.

As night fell, the exterior of the finca and the inside courtyard were dramatically transformed by dramatic light art projections with a personalised Spanish theme.

Inside the finca, two areas had been decorated with Moroccan tents, ornate silver lanterns, rugs and cushions in jewel tones and shisha pipes on carved white tables to create an indoor chillout area.

Meanwhile, the courtyard had been converted into a cool dance space with white chillout furniture and a DJ booth and lighting setĀ up.
