The guests compared the Palma dinner you organised for us with restaurant Noma in Copenhagen, (currently ranked second best restaurant in the world). We were served fantastic food with new experiences all the time, and the service was top notch too. We were more than pleased with everything! You have been great to work with, extremely service minded and always following up on every detail. I will be sending the menu to the guests today because we all enjoyed it so much!
