Conference Week

We are busy with several conference groups here at the moment.

Some of the activities our groups did last week after their seminars and meetings were to enjoy show-cooking tapas, wine-tasting, a flamenco demonstration, a and a visit to a beach club.

Little green peppers were deep fried in front of our guests, excellent ham was carved by a professional 'jamonero', dates wrapped in bacon were sizzled and yummy garlic prawns were sautéed too. The delegates sampled it all as they were doing a wine-tasting at a fantastic finca mansion.

Three local wines were tasted, and after a couple of hours of fun the light started falling and we lit the torches for our walk to the dinner venue.

After our five minute walk the guests were greeted by a Spanish guitarist at a local bodega. Soon the hog roast was ready and the guests tucked in to a typically Mallorcan dish.

Afterwards there was a demonstration of flamenco and a chance to try some steps.

After the conference programme the following day, delegates attended a cool beach club for dinner.

Today we have wished everyone a safe trip back home.  Come and visit us again soon!
